IS MOBILITY AND WELLNESS AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY?

Yes, Mobility and Wellness is 100% Australian owned and operated with our main base located in south Australia. All products sold are sent from our Australian warehouse locations. We inspect all products prior to shipping.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU HAVE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal payments through our online checkout. For alternative payment methods, please contact us at info@mobilityandwellness.com.au

HOW DO WE DELIVER OUR PRODUCTS?

We use a number of Australian courier companies to deliver our products, each order is worked out on which freight company will have the product to the customer in the shortest period of time.

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BE POSTED?

All products are posted within 3 business days of receiving an order. Our team packs and the freight is dispatched Monday to Friday When an order is received, depending on item it is generally packed and sent same day or the follow day. Some items will get drop shipped directly from our local suppliers to save you, the consumer, delivery time as some of our suppliers may be local to you.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY DELIVERY?

Delivery times depend on your location, usually your product will arrive within 1-7 business days.

With country areas add an extra 2 – 4 days. If in a remote location where delivery to those areas may on be only once a week, please allow extra time. We will however do our best to get the product to you as soon as possible.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

It’s completely up to you, our couriers are happy to leave the product in a safe place unless otherwise requested by the customer, no signature is required on delivery.

DOES MY ITEM NEED TO BE ASSEMBLED?

Depending on the item and its size, we will generally make the item as small as possible

to save on postage costs, so we can keep the overall price low for our customers.

All walking sticks and some other products are delivered assembled. Do not hesitate to ask us if any other items come assembled or not.

IS THERE ANYWHERE YOU DON’T DELIVER TO?

Currently we are not set up to deliver to overseas countries, but please do not hesitate to contact us for pricing to overseas nations on smaller items.

So far we haven’t come across an area in Australia that our couriers do not deliver to.

On the odd occasion we do reserve the right to refuse sale and delivery if the area is too remote and on the very odd occasion extra charges may apply.

CAN WE REQUEST THE TIME OR DAY OF DELIVERY?

Unfortunately we cannot know the dates and times or our courier companies eta, We will send tracking to you via email when the product leaves our warehouse. This way you can track your item with the associated freight company and find out approximately what day and sometimes approximate time of delivery. You do not need to be home when the item is delivered (unless a secured building or gated community) so please leave us any delivery instructions in a note on the order and we will forward this to the courier company when shipping is booked, although due to time restraints of drivers this is not guaranteed.

IF WE DON’T HAVE AN ITEM ON OUR SITE CAN WE REQUEST IT? I.E. BRANDS, SIZES, DIFFERENT PRODUCTS?

Yes, we always do our best to find any products our customers require. Unfortunately, sometimes we cannot get the brand / product if it is not available. We will however try to find an item from any brand

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?

All our products come with a warranty policy. Warranty’s vary for each product. Please read T&Cs for further information

MY WALKERS BRAKES ARN’T WORKING IS IT BROKEN?

In most cases walker brakes need to be adjusted on a regular basis.

It is important to test your brakes by locking them and testing the walker

if it moves with them on. Tyres do wear down and the brakes will need adjusting

occasionally. On occasion walker brakes also need to be replaced, they are not covered under warranty as they are a wearable part.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION TO TRY OUT YOUR PRODUCTS?

At this stage we are purely online, this helps us keep our prices low, so we can pass on the savings to our customers. We do only buy quality products. It is important to check the specifications of the product prior to purchase.

DO YOU BUY ITEMS SECONDHAND?

Due to liability we generally do not buy second hand products. We also do not purchase an item back from our customers so please we request that you don’t ask as to not offend our valued customer.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PAYMENT SCHEMES

At this stage we do not, but we are willing to talk about layby and paying off an item.
All products remain the property of Mobility and Wellness until full payment has been made.
