The Shoprider Cougar 14 Powerchair is a compact yet still powerful mid-wheel drive electric powerchair. It is the model up from the Cougar 10 with upgraded features such as two 1.34 high torque motors, two 50 Amp batteries that offers a driving range of up to 40km, and a top speed of 9.6km/h. The Cougar 14 Powerchair has a mid-wheel drive design with large 14″ centre drive wheels and a compact turning circle of just 102cm. It has a high back contoured seat that is fully adjustable both height and seat angle as well as adjustable width armrests that makes this perfect for both indoor or outdoor use. It has a max user weight of 135kg.
Other features of the Cougar 14 Electric Powerchair are an easy to navigate fingertip control that can be left or right hand-driven, high/ low speed settings, tie-down points for transport, battery power indicator as well as a safety horn. The Cougar 14 is available in a stylish red colour.
