The Shoprider Puma 14HD Electric Powerchair is the bariatric powerchair model from the Shoprider range. It’s heavy duty steel construction gives it a larger user weight of 205kg and is powered by two 1.34Hp high torque motors, plus two 75 Amp off-board charging batteries, giving it a driving range of up to 35km and a speed of 6km/h. It is the perfect to use both indoors or outdoors on a flat surface. Being a bariatric powerchair, it has an upgraded wide high back contoured seat with a width of 53.5cm with the option to adjust the armrest width for greater width, along with adjustable seat height and angle.
The Shoprider Puma 14HD is highly manoeuvrable in tight spaces with a turning circle of 109cm which is controlled by its easy drive finger tip controller with 5 speed settings, that has the option for left or right hand drive. The Shoprider Bariatric Powerchair comes complete with 7″ front and rear wheels with 13″ centre drive wheels, fully adjustable footrest, high / low speed, battery power indicator, tie down points for transport as well as a horn.
