The Invacare Comet Ultra Mobility Scooter has a beautiful design to suit the larger user with its maximum capacity being 220 kg.
The base of the seat has a larger depth and width than the other mobility scooters in the Invacare range. The seat itself has a unique contouring in the design of both the base and the backrest to ensure optimum comfort. As the Seat Column is reinforced, you will be able to feel the stability in seat, especially when turning corners. The built-in lumbar support helps to support your lower back for those times where you are sitting and driving for longer lengths of time. Lumbar support can also help to improve your posture over time as well.
The armrests on the Invacare Comet Ultra are reinforced, and height and width adjustable meaning you can customise them for ultimate comfort. This also means that you can feel comfortable to lean your weight on the armrest for support when getting in and out of the scooter.
With all of the Safety Features of this scooter, power and its ability to turn in tight and challenging spaces is not compromised. The Ultra still offers exceptional maneuverability and control whether you are travelling at a high speed in a straight line, or scooting around the Shopping Centre.
The Suspension on the Invacare Comet Ultra Mobility Scooter is second to none. This is where the Ultra sets itself aside from the Alpine + and the Pro. With all the reinforcements for the larger user, its suspension still ensures a smooth and safe ride every time.
Like its sister scooters in the Invacare range, the colour panels are interchangeable. You can have as many colours as you like from the large selection, and change them as often as you like.
A bonus flag pole, rear mirrors and hi vis safety vest are all included with every scooter.

How Your Scooter Arrives
At Mobility and Wellness, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We do not believe your Scooter should arrive to your door in a box, and then you be expected to assemble the scooter on your own. We take extra time and effort during the pre-delivery process to make this experience as easy and exciting for you as possible.
Before any Scooter is dispatched to their new owner, they are assembled, tested, and required to pass the Mobility and Wellness safety and quality control checks. This is always completed in our warehouses by trained Mobility and Wellness staff. This ensures that when your scooter arrives, it will be in complete working order and ready for use.
In most cases your scooter will arrive to you 95% assembled and only require some adjustments. A smaller item that may require attaching to your scooter upon arrival is a carry basket or added accessories. Generally you will require no tools, however should any tools be required such as an allan key, it will be supplied with your scooter.
All instructions will also be supplied with your scooter. Please note: Due to the weight and dimensions of Mobility Scooters, they are required to be delivered on a pallet / skid. Once your scooter has been removed from the pallet / skid, all packaging including the pallet / skid will be required to be disposed of by the customer. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience to you as our customer.
With all scooter deliveries, instructions are included on how to safely remove the scooter from the pallet / skid, safe set up and operation of the mobility scooter.
