The Shoprider 888SE Explorer is a 4 wheel mobility scooter that has a robust design and is ideal for everyday use. It has an overall width of 60cm making it a great option should you need to fit through tighter spaces. The Explorer has 10″ pneumatic wheels, 50amp battery capacity with up to 40km driving range, a max speed of 8km/h, and a max user weight of 136kg. It comes with a 3 year structural warranty.
The Shoprider 888SE comes complete with a front tiller shopping basket, front headlight, rear indicators and upgraded to the high captain’s chair for added comfort while driving. The captain’s chair can slide forwards or backwards to adjust how close the user sits to the steering column, it swivels 360degrees to easily jump on and off the scooter, both armrests raise up along with the backrest being fully adjustable.

HOW YOUR SCOOTER ARRIVES
At Mobility and Wellness, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We do not believe your Scooter should arrive to your door in a box, and then you be expected to assemble the scooter on your own. We take extra time and effort during the pre-delivery process to make this experience as easy and exciting for you as possible.
Before any Scooter is dispatched to their new owner, they are assembled, tested, and required to pass the Mobility and Wellness safety and quality control checks. This is always completed in our warehouses by trained Mobility and Wellness staff. This ensures that when your scooter arrives, it will be in complete working order and ready for use.
In most cases your scooter will arrive to you 95% assembled and only require some adjustments. A smaller item that may require attaching to your scooter upon arrival is a carry basket or added accessories. Generally you will require no tools, however should any tools be required such as an allan key, it will be supplied with your scooter.
All instructions will also be supplied with your scooter. Please note: Due to the weight and dimensions of Mobility Scooters, they are required to be delivered on a pallet / skid. Once your scooter has been removed from the pallet / skid, all packaging including the pallet / skid will be required to be disposed of by the customer. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience to you as our customer.
With all scooter deliveries, instructions are included on how to safely remove the scooter from the pallet / skid, safe set up and operation of the mobility scooter.
